We started as a trading company, “Leadergrate,” in Dubai in 2007, dealing with fiberglass products. As a result commercial & industrial construction industries. Best custom fiberglass manufacturer in UAE. Soon we realized that we had to start our own manufacturing business.
In 2013, We established our manufacturing like plant in the Emirates of Sharjah to serve the aquaculture business. Which developed in the UAE market, After we achieved great success in that. One of fish farms in the UAE, as the most prestigious salmon a result we expanded our production. Because to serve the water & wastewater industry. We produced all kinds of GFRP vessels & structural products because for the desalination industry in the GCC market.
Very soon, another market was booming, like our intervention was required in the theming & water park entertainment industry. We introduced our design & manufacturing capabilities to clients in the airport, transport, energy, infrastructure, marine, hospitality, & architecture sectors.
Most clients came to us. Because, when they had no other solutions than to import products from North America or Europe. We deal with prestigious international clients and focus on complicated engineering solutions and highly skilled jobs.

OPEN MOULD SYSTEM - CURING AT AMBIENT TEMPERATURE
The plug is made from fiberglass material, while the process is to manually apply resin on each layer of fiberglass mat until the required thickness is achieved. The curing happens at ambient temperature. The process involves using steel rollers to eliminate entrapped air inside the laminates , resulting in glass content between 30-40 %
OPEN MOULD SYSTEM - POST HEATED MACHINERY
The machine is cleaned, then the technicians start weaving the direct fiber roving between steel blocks while resin is poured in a specific quantity. The process involves manual pressing to achieve a glass content of 30-40%.Once the thickness is achieved, the heating process starts for 40 minutes. Then, chilled water is used internally to cool down the product and allow for quick release of the product.
VACUUM INFUSION PROCESS ( VIP )
The Vacuum Infusion Process (VIP) is a technique that uses vacuum pressure to drive resin into a laminate. Dry materials are laid into the mold, and the vacuum is applied before the resin is introduced. Once a complete vacuum is achieved, resin is literally sucked into the laminate via carefully placed tubing. The advantage of the vacuum infusion process is that it creates a laminate with very high fiber content (up to 70% fibers by weight), thereby producing a very high-strength and stiff part with minimal weight. Vacuum Infusion is also an efficient manufacturing process for complex laminates with many plies of fibers and core materials.

We carry out in-house the basic testing required on laminate, such as resin viscosity, loss on ignition, Barcol hardness, and thickness.

We collaborate with local laboratories in the UAE and the USA for testing our products, including fire tests, fire integrity tests, thermal properties, mechanical properties, etc.

We use international certifying bodies such as UL or Intertek to certify our products, including UL 1316 and UL 10C.
Site services in UAE & GCC
Site survey within UAE & GCC
We provide our supervisor to visit the site and take site measurements or assess the site condition in case of any maintenance-related work.
Site supervision within GCC countries
We provide training for our clients to install our product, with a supervisor serving abroad for the duration of installation and testing at the site.
Site installation within UAE
We can provide 2 to 3 installation crews to install our products at projects in the UAE. Our team is highly HSE trained for working on any site, including airports, sewage plants, power plants, onshore, and offshore locations.
