The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiberglass production processes and team management, with a focus on meeting production targets while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

B.Tech in Production or Chemical Engineering (mandatory) Minimum 10 years of experience in GRP manufacturing within the UAE/GCC Proven expertise in Open Mould, VIP, RTM, Pultrusion, and Filament Winding processes Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (100+ workers) Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions Available to join immediately ****Note: Only candidates with GRP manufacturing experience should apply.

Skills

Oversee the entire GRP production process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery. Manage and optimize production schedules to meet deadlines and reduce downtime. Lead and supervise a team of 100+ production workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards. Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain product excellence. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to improve performance.
