Who We Are
We started as a trading company, “Leadergrate,” in Dubai in 2007, dealing with fiberglass products for the commercial & industrial construction industry. Soon, we realized that we had to start our own manufacturing business.In 2013, our manufacturing plant was established in the Emirates of Sharjah to serve the aquaculture business, which was developing in the UAE market. After achieving great success in one of the most prestigious salmon fish farms in the UAE, we expanded our production to serve the water & wastewater industry. We produced all kinds of GFRP vessels & structural products for the desalination industry in the GCC market.
Very soon, another market was booming, and our intervention was required in the theming & water park entertainment industry. We introduced our design & manufacturing capabilities to clients in the airport, transport, energy, infrastructure, marine, hospitality, & architecture sectors.
Most clients came to us when they had no other solutions than to import products from North America or Europe. We deal with prestigious international clients and focus on complicated engineering solutions and highly skilled jobs.
